Moderna is hiring a Manufacturing Associate II for DP Operations in a 100% onsite role in the Boston area. This position builds on core cGMP experience, performing formulation, aseptic filling in isolators, and downstream inspection, while ensuring material readiness and compliant documentation in MES/eBR.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in GMP manufacturing or similar environment preferred; training provided for strong entry-level candidates.
• Comfortable in cleanrooms with gowning and standing for extended periods; lift up to ~35 lbs.
• Must pass vision test and maintain color vision across spectrum annually.

Responsabilidades

• Perform formulation, sterile filtration, vial/syringe filling, and visual inspection per SOPs and cGMP.
• Conduct equipment checks, material staging, line clearances, and routine cleaning.
• Complete accurate ALCOA+-compliant logbooks and eBR entries.
• Record in-process checks and verify against specifications and procedures.
• Identify deviations and escalate issues; support troubleshooting with data.
• Assist with SOP/work instruction updates and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strict cGMP, gowning, aseptic behavior, safety, and cleanliness.
• Complete training, maintain qualifications, and mentor peers.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, MS&T, Facilities, and Supply Chain.
• Support cross-training, overtime, and off-hours coverage in a fast-paced setting.
