Job summary

STAQ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Sterile Filling Technician I to support aseptic filling operations in an ISO-7 cleanroom within a 503B facility. You will assist with setup, material staging, documentation, and production support while following cGMP and GDP requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, PPE discipline, and patient safety. Daily duties include line support, labeling, inspection, and real-time recording of batch records, with strong emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile compounding or aseptic processing preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must pass required drug screening and any required vision or qualification screening.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO-7 aseptic filling operations and material staging.
• Prepare equipment and materials and assist line support.
• Maintain gowning qualification and cleanroom behavior.
• Document batch records and logs in real time.
• Escalate deviations and safety concerns.
