Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Operator III for the UD Fill - B1 Shift (7am–7:30pm, Thu/Fri/Sat and alternating Wednesdays). The role requires aseptic gown certification, adherence to cGMP and safety protocols, and the ability to operate automated packaging lines.

You will perform in-process checks, sample pulls, and line clearances while supporting multiple value streams. A technical background and willingness to learn new systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to become aseptic gown certified.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and guidelines, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated packaging equipment to produce finished product.
• Perform quality checks, sample pulls, and in-process verifications.
• Sustain 6S on parts and tooling; assist in line setup and changeovers on value streams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and implement minor adjustments to improve efficiency.
