Job summary

Qualifications

Must have the ability to become aseptic gown certified.
Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrated focus on quality and compliance with site policies.
Ability to communicate issues to engineering and mechanical teams.
Understanding of POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up automated equipment in the primary or secondary packaging area within value streams.
Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce finished product.
Perform quality checks, sample pulls, and in-process verifications during runs.
Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
Escalate safety, quality, and operating issues promptly to the appropriate groups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and align with production schedules.
