Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate or degree preferred to support role.
• Ability to wear an aseptic gown and maintain gowning certification.
• Demonstrated focus on quality and compliance with site policies.
• Good communication with engineering and mechanical teams.

Responsibilities

• Wear aseptic gown and follow aseptic practices.
• Maintain aseptic gowning certification and EH&S procedures.
• Perform housekeeping and line clearances on finishing lines.
• Set up automated equipment in packaging areas across value streams.
• Operate and service packaging equipment with minimal supervision.
• Conduct in-process checks and sample pulls during production runs.
• Maintain 6S on parts and tooling on the production floor.
• Escalate safety, quality, and technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and adjust to improve efficiency.
