Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a qualified individual to perform a variety of complex manufacturing tasks in a GMP environment in York, United States. The role covers aseptic and non-aseptic filling, equipment prep, cleaning, and formulation activities under general guidance.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience in FDA-regulated pharma manufacturing, familiarity with sterile injectable products, and solid documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Liberal Arts field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of professional manufacturing experience in an FDA Regulated Pharmaceutical facility.
• Experience in reviewing and creating controlled documents.
• Experience with sterile injectable drug products and aseptic technique.
• Familiarity with formulation, filling, primary packaging, and aseptic processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain certification for aseptic gowning and demonstrate aseptic technique.
• Prepare equipment with CIP and SIP operations.
• Execute manufacturing instructions for compounding, filtration, formulation, and fill activities for aseptic products.
• Adhere to verbal instructions and written procedures when operating production equipment.
• Complete production documentation, logbooks, and batch records per GDP.
• Perform room sanitization to maintain controlled environments.
• Identify and document deviations; assist in GMP facility improvements.
• Conduct routine and critical operations, including validation activities.
• Support engineering, warehouse, and facilities departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Revise and author SOPs and Batch Records.
• Assist with process validation in partnership with tech transfer.
