Title: ASE Technician

Department: Service Operations

Reporting To: Service Manager

Summary

The ASE Technician is responsible for diagnosis, repair, and replacement of automotive parts and accessories. Must comply with safety, loss prevention, customer service programs, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service work orders are initiated and completed properly
• Perform multipoint vehicle inspections
• Support safety and customer service programs
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness
• Road test vehicles post-service
• Support tire and general maintenance services

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school recommended
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified Technician
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE certification in 4+ specialties and refrigerant handling certifications
