Job summary

Lincoln Tech in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Automotive Technology instructor to lead hands-on labs and demonstrations in a climate-controlled, fully equipped facility.

You will facilitate the Lincoln Tech–accredited course sequence, coach professional behaviors, assess learner progress, and ensure safety across all shop activities while supporting student growth and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as an Automotive Technician or equivalent experience.
• ASE credentials; G1 and A6 required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and technical fluency.
• Teaching/training background is a plus.

• Deliver high-impact Automotive Technology labs and demonstrations.
• Facilitate the Lincoln Tech–accredited course sequence.
• Coach professional behaviors, accountability, and shop discipline.
• Evaluate learner progress and communicate clear next steps.
