Job summary

Hertz is seeking ASE-certified automotive technicians in Las Vegas to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will diagnose issues, use lifts and scan tools, and help keep vehicles safe and road-ready.

Starting pay is $18.75/hour with $0.75/hour per ASE certification, weekly pay, and a monthly incentive average of $553. Tool support and a yearly tool allowance up to $800 are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of vehicle maintenance experience.
• Two ASE Certifications are required.
• Own tools and valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose and complete minor automotive repairs.
• Utilize shop equipment including lifts, tire machines, alignment equipment, and scan tools.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards.
• Support fleet readiness in a team-oriented shop.

What We're Looking For:
