Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repair work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about the status of the repair, include additional work if needed; coordinate with parts department for required parts.
• Advise Service Advisor if repair work changes vehicle appearance or condition.
• Document all work done and recommended on the repair order.
• Stay current in mandated factory and dealership training.
• Maintain both personal and company tools and equipment.
