Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels or be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential.
• Knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
• Early Literacy Endorsement consideration for teachers of retained Grade 3 students to align with the science of reading standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional services necessary to educate all students to high standards that align with district, state, and federal requirements, guidelines, and standards.
• Deliver instructional services with adherence to the school schedule: 7:45am-3:45pm for elementary.
• Collaborate with staff to support students with diverse needs and inclusionary practices.
