Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, biology, or related field.
• Master’s degree in laboratory science preferred.
• 0–2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred, relevant field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity laboratory testing using advanced instrumentation and molecular techniques.
• Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform quality control, QA, and instrument maintenance per policies.
• Identify and resolve testing or instrument issues; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in procedure development and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation, safety, and confidentiality standards.
