Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business while servicing existing clients for their financing needs. Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology, serving small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. Our goal is to deliver customized finance programs that add value to our customers’ businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads and prospects via cold calling, referrals, and other methods to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how our offerings meet their needs
  • Communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and industry trends
  • Stay updated on market conditions and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Develop new business and nurture existing relationships
  • Prepare and present customized client solutions and negotiate quotes as needed
  • Communicate benefits of all product offerings effectively

This role requires tracking time and is eligible for overtime under FLSA. It is also incentive-eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base salary and variable incentives, with total earning potential between $40,000 and $150,000. Remote candidates need 3-4 years of specific equipment financing/leasing experience.
