What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing
- Demonstrated success in meeting production sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
