Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager develops business while retaining and servicing clients for their business financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology, serving small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various segments including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. Our goal is to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals.
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs.
  • Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company product information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Strive to provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet monthly quota goals consistently.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships.
  • Prepare and present customized client solutions to diverse customers.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms when appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of all product offerings.

This position requires tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One year of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales experience
  • Results demonstrating success in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base pay and variable incentives, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000. Candidates seeking remote work need 1-2 years of equipment financing/leasing experience.
