Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in Arizona.
• ACLS/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year ASC/OR/ER experience.
• Experience with EMR systems (preferably eCW).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across preop, intraop and postop phases.
• Ensure availability of supplies for anesthesia services and maintain logs per CMS standards.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments; support room turnover and ASC efficiency.
• Collaborate with surgical staff and maintain professionalism under stress.
• Assist in cost containment by efficient supply use and turnover times.
