Arizona Specialty Surgery Center, in partnership with USPI, seeks a RN Operating Room Nurse for a full-time position. The nurse will provide perioperative care for diverse patient populations in a surgical setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with OR experience, CPR/ACLS/PALS current, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment within a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Arizona license as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years OR experience preferred; current CPR, ACLS and PALS required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Knowledge of operating room policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing activities related to care of patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
• Care for adult patients including geriatric and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence.
• Support services across gastroenterology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, pain management and general surgery.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the nursing activities related to care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure.
• The staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including the older adult through geriatric, and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence.
• Our scope of service includes gastroenterology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, pain management, and general surgery.
