Job summary

Meritus Health is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for our Ambulatory Surgical Center in Hagerstown. This full-time role rotates through Pre-Op, OR, PACU, and PAT, providing care from pre-admission to discharge.

The position serves both adult and pediatric patients across multiple specialties in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of RN experience in ASC/OR settings, ENT and pediatric experience preferred, and holds an ASN with BSN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or operating room.
• Prior ENT experience preferred; pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as circulating RN during surgical procedures and coordinate intraoperative patient care.
• Maintain sterile practice, complete surgical safety checks, and assist across Pre-Op, OR, and PACU.
• Support multi-specialty ASC teams and adapt to rapid patient turnover while ensuring safety and quality.
