Job summary

Northeast Rehab seeks an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to lead the daily operations of our new pain-management ASC. The role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an exceptional patient experience.

You will oversee clinical, administrative, and financial functions, supervise a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and revenue cycles, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to advance strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC or surgical services setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proven financial management and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ASC operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and cost containment strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and governing board to drive strategic initiatives.
• Implement quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
