Center for Advanced Surgery is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee nursing operations in a fast-paced ASC environment. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and efficient service delivery.

The candidate will supervise nursing activities, coordinate with physicians and departments, and lead hiring, training, and performance reviews. CPR and ACLS are required; leadership experience in an intra-operative setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current state nursing license required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• One year leadership experience in intra‑operative setting.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs the nursing operations in the surgery center.
• Evaluates nursing activities to ensure patient care and service efficiency.
• Coordinates patient care with business office, pre-op, and PACU.
• Supervises nursing activities and monitors operating room efficiency.
• Ensures communication with physicians, medical staff, and administration.
• Oversees equipment, supplies, and upcoming cases; resolves problems.
• Directs hiring, selection, performance reviews, and training of medical personnel.
• Orders or directs ordering of supplies including drugs and equipment; maintains narcotics records.
