Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and collect pre-pay estimates to patients.
• Investigate charge documents and determine services provided.
• Communicate with patients to verify demographics and COB.
• Refer complex issues to supervisor for action.
