Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain timely payment for ambulatory surgery center services.
• Provide and collect pre-pay estimates to patients.
• Investigate charge documents and determine services provided.
• Communicate with patients to verify demographics and COB.
• Refer complex issues to supervisor for action.
• Maintain high level of customer service to patients.
