Job summary

Carolina ASC, LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Administrator (RN) to lead the day‑to‑day clinical and operational functions of the ambulatory surgery center. This role works closely with the Facility Administrator to ensure efficient patient flow, staffing, and quality of care.

The ideal candidate brings surgical services knowledge, a track record in ASC leadership, and a commitment to compliance with CMS, AAAHC, and SC DPH standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state (SC).
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center, hospital, surgical, or equivalent setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or operational experience.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the ASC in collaboration with the Facility Administrator.
• Serve as designated Facility Administrator in the Administrator's absence.
• Guide nursing, clinical, administrative and support staff; ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Support staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Promote a collaborative, patient-focused environment and drive quality and compliance initiatives.
