Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree or nursing degree preferred.
• 3+ years senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations across administrative, clinical and business functions.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, quality and safety standards compliance.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, performance management and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
