United Surgical Partners International (USPI) seeks a Surgery Center Administrator for a Las Vegas, NV ambulatory surgery center. The Administrator will lead daily operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong physician relationships with governance boards and the Home Office.

The role requires ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure, plus 3+ years in healthcare management and close collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing a budget and achieving financial goals in healthcare leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
