Match Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Associate to support tax accounting and compliance. You will prepare ASC 740 provisions and manage federal/state returns while assisting foreign filings and related provision calculations.

Collaborate with Finance and external preparers, maintain internal controls, and analyze tax data. A Bachelor's in Accounting is required; CPA and tax-focused advanced degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Master's degree in Tax preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).
• Prepare and review federal and state income tax compliance.
• Review foreign income tax filings and return-to-provision calculations.
• Maintain SOX 404 controls and stay current on tax regulations.
