Job summary

Element Materials Technology Ltd. is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our team on a nuclear decommissioning site at Trawsfynydd, North Wales. You will perform asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring UKAS accreditation standards are met.

Role requires BOHS P403/404 and P402, driving licence, and strong communication skills. Flexible site work from Element offices or client sites is supported. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• BOHS P403/P404 & P402 or equivalent required.
• Experience with Certificate of Reoccupation and Certificate of Cleanliness.
• Experience in air monitoring documentation review.
• Know-how of UKAS accreditation and asbestos legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent Element professionally at all times.
• Conduct Certificate of Reoccupation, Certificate of Cleanliness and air monitoring activities.
• Carry out reinspection and survey activities; compile reports and site plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and UKAS accreditation.
• Participate in quality audits and stay updated on industry best practices.
