Job summary

Future Select Ltd. is seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join their team. The role involves carrying out air monitoring, sampling, and reporting on multiple sites with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will hold BOHS P403/P404 (or RSPH equivalents), have UKAS experience, and be able to travel as required. Training opportunities across surveying and project management are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Asbestos Analyst in a UKAS accredited company.
• BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents) are essential.
• Understanding of HSG 248 guidelines is required.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• IT proficient with reporting software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Also interested in P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4-stage clearances.
• Perform full air monitoring duties (personal, leak, reassurance, smoke, background).
• Sample from client sites and count fibres.
• Work on a variety of asbestos removal projects.
• Ensure projects comply with safety guidelines.
• Liaise daily with removals teams.
• Produce thorough technical reports and floorplans.
• Meet clients to provide technical advice and feedback.

Experience / Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Analyst within a UKAS accredited company

The Role
