Job summary

Future Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in asbestos surveying within a UKAS accredited company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos management and surveys at client sites.
• Collect ACM samples and bag correctly.
• Perform 4-stage clearances.
• Conduct various types of air monitoring.
• Produce detailed technical reports.
• Provide bespoke technical advice to clients.

Experience / Qualifications

• Must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• Strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company.
• Good understanding of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Flexible travel in line with company needs.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Professional manner.
• Also interested in candidates with P401, P402, P403, P404 or S301 CCP.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to conduct asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect ACM samples from sites and bag correctly.
• Perform 4‑stage clearances.
• Conduct air monitoring, including personal, background, leak, smoke and reassurance.
• Collate findings to produce detailed technical reports.
• Meet clients to provide bespoke technical advice.
• Work across varying asbestos removal projects to monitor safety and compliance.
• Wear correct PPE on site.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients.
