Job summary

HEPA Environmental Services Inc. is seeking an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to lead field operations across Northeastern Ohio. You will oversee crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations, and manage daily activities to stay on schedule and budget.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, training, and coordination with clients, inspectors, and project managers. Travel is required to support projects in the region.

Qualifications

  • State Asbestos Supervisor certification (or ability to obtain required state reciprocity/licensing).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate crews while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience managing project schedules, documentation, and budgets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment assigned to the project.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

We are a environmental remediation contractor specializing in asbestos abatement, lead abatement, hazardous waste remediation, and selective demolition throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Abatement Supervisor who is passionate about safety, leadership, and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

As an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of field operations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

What We're Looking For
