Job summary

Sunstall Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a motivated Asbestos Supervisor to lead field teams and deliver safe, high-quality abatement services from start to finish.

This role oversees projects, ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations, coordinates with clients and managers, and mentors staff while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently holds an Asbestos Supervisor certification/license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asbestos projects from start to finish to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise technicians on jobsites and support field teams.
• Monitor progress, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams.

KeyResponsibilities

• Superviseandsupportasbestostechniciansonjobsites.
• Manageasbestosabatement,containment,andremediationprojects.
• Ensureallworkiscompletedaccordingtofederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanyprocedures.
• Monitorjobprogress,timelines,andbudgets.
• Performsiteinspectionsandqualitycontrolchecks.
• Communicateeffectivelywithclients,projectmanagers,consultants,andinternalteams.
• Documentjobdetails,includingdailyreports,projectphotos,andrequiredcompliancedocumentationEnsureproperuseandmaintenanceofequipmentandpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)
• EnforcesafetyprotocolsandcompliancewithOSHA,EPA,andapplicableasbestosregulations.
• Trainandmentorteammemberstosupportgrowthanddevelopment.

Qualifications

• Previousexperienceinasbestosabatementorenvironmentalremediation.
• Leadershiporsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
• Strongknowledgeofasbestosremovalprocedures,containmentmethods,andsafetyrequirements.CurrentAsbestosSupervisorcertification/license(asrequiredbystate)
• OSHAcertificationpreferred.
• Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Validdriver'slicenseandcleandrivingrecord.
• Abilitytolift50+lbs.andworkinvariousenvironmentalconditions.
