Qualifications

• Knowledge of asbestos regulations and abatement practices.
• Experience with field inspections, air monitoring, and sampling.
• Ability to interpret and document results clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication with contractors and clients.
• Ability to work on-site in varied conditions and follow safety protocols.
• Licenses or certifications for asbestos inspection/monitoring or eligibility to obtain.
• NIOSH 582 training, if applicable.
• Proficiency in AIHA PAT analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to Greater Boston sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asbestos abatement projects and monitor contractor activities for compliance with regulations and project specs.
• Conduct asbestos inspections and perform air monitoring and sampling.
• Document site conditions and prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients; maintain detailed project records.
• Promptly report findings or issues; ensure work is safe and environmentally compliant.
