Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in asbestos project monitoring and environmental oversight.
• Certified Massachusetts Asbestos Project Monitor or Asbestos Inspector required (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable utilizing respirators and PPE in compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazardous building material surveys for asbestos and lead.
• Serve as on-site Project Monitor for abatement and air monitoring.
• Conduct indoor air quality assessments, including LEED IAQ evaluations.
• Perform moisture intrusion and microbial investigations.
