EMSL Analytical, Inc. in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking a Laboratory Analyst (Asbestos) to prepare and analyze bulk and solid materials for asbestos content using PLM, PCM, and TEM, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related science is a plus.
• 0 to 1 years’ experience performing asbestos PLM/TEM/PCM analysis.
• Ability to distinguish colors for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze bulk and solid materials for asbestos content using PLM, PCM, and TEM.
• Generate analytical reports and enter data into LIMS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; perform QC.
• Administrative duties including sample login, data entry, and report emailing.
