You will work on asbestos, mold, lead, and hazardous waste removals, following EPA/OSHA guidelines and company policies. The role reports to the Project Director and involves collaborating with multiple departments, ongoing training, and maintaining certifications and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead technician in construction or restoration/mitigation field.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and the ability to apply them daily.
• Knowledge of company policies, SOPs, and adherence to guidelines.
• Competency in hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in the job.
• Good grasp of English language; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to pass Respirator Physical and obtain respiratory fit exam.
• Ability to interpret basic instructions and Material Data Sheets.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with key stakeholders for project coordination.
• Expedite project completion through tasks like material pickup and repairs.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies.
• Contribute to safety briefings and timecard completion.
• Continue professional growth through training and skill-building.
