Qualifications

• Experience with SUD and co-occurring populations required.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance including HIPAA and 42 CFR.
• Ability to coordinate continuum of care activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient chart via electronic monitoring records.
• Coordinate ancillary services and ensure compliance.
