Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience leading internal audits and coordinating external audits.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions and preventive measures.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 QMS, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues impacting product quality in real time.
• Communicate quality performance, risks and significant issues to leadership.
• Perform hands-on inspection to verify quality standards.
• Coach production staff to improve quality awareness and execution.
• Lead corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) across departments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality issues and responses.
• Oversee supplier quality, corrective actions and on-time delivery.
• Drive improvements in key quality metrics (returns, scrap, supplier performance).
• Support validation activities such as dimensional inspection and laser scanning.
