Qualifications

  • Experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001 manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Experience with FAI / AS9102 and first article inspections.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain AS9100 compliance and customer/regulatory requirements.
  • Lead root cause analyses using structured methods.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions (CARs/SCARs) and verify effectiveness.
  • Support internal and external audits as assigned.
  • Lead and/or review First Article Inspections (AS9102).
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify systemic issues.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce defects and cost of poor quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and documentation.
