Job summary

Gorilla Circuits, a leading PCB manufacturer in Silicon Valley, is seeking an AS9100 Specialist / QC Administrator to support the Quality Control department. The role focuses on documentation, reporting, data entry, and admin tasks related to the quality management system.

Ideal candidates bring strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. AS9100 or ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including typing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, update, and maintain quality-related reports, records, and documentation.
• Support the Quality Control department with administrative tasks and daily reporting requirements.
• Assist with maintaining documentation associated with the AS9100 quality management system.
• Review documents and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize, file, and maintain quality records in accordance with established procedures.
• Enter and track quality data using company systems and software.
• Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits as needed.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain, verify, or correct information.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize assignments in a time-sensitive manufacturing environment.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or documentation errors and bring them to the attention of the appropriate personnel.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and follow established quality procedures.
• Perform additional quality and administrative duties as assigned.
