The estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this position will work with central marketing and product development teams through the final stages of the new product development process, launch, and post-launch review of new products. The role involves developing marketing and sales materials and tactics for successful product introductions that meet business case expectations. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with business teams to develop marketing and product strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the central marketing and product development teams through the final stages of the new product development process, launch, and post-launch review of new products. Develop marketing and sales materials and tactics for successful product introductions that meet business case expectations.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Marketing Communications Team to execute those briefs. Manage marketing communications efforts to achieve on-time, in-budget objectives.
  • Create targeted messaging based on market trends, needs, and competitive products for internal and external customers and segments.
  • Serve as the primary contact with the Field Sales Team to provide new product sales support. Collaborate with AS Business Leadership and the AS Marketing Team to develop, maintain, and update strategic marketing plans.
  • Create and maintain metric reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Develop training materials for the Sales Team, CFC, AS Operations, and distributors to help them position and sell products effectively.
  • Provide direction to the Marketing Communication Team on ongoing promotion and positioning of existing and new products.
  • Own the 90-day Marketing Integration plans for mergers and acquisitions, including web, printed brochures, and other marketing assets.
  • Work with outside firms on marketing materials, print, digital, and video assets to execute promotional and educational initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Product Manager, AS, and the New Product Development team, providing guidance on customer and cost requirements.
  • Support technical planning and execution of ongoing product integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop best practices and standard work to ensure product setup supports standard and custom orders upon launch, and identify process improvements in commercialization activities.
  • Analyze the product line and competitive products to identify opportunities to maximize ROI through new, dropped, or repositioned products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate as a matrix manager, coordinating people and technical resources across multiple areas.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Ability to adapt to different work styles and functional areas; strong presentation skills (oral and written), analytical skills, and creativity are critical.
  • Experience with social media, BIM, web, virtual events is helpful but not required.
  • Background in product promotion and marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a technical/disciplined field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, design, or product development.
