LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring as-needed Servers at The Residence at Ferry Park. Join our dining team to provide a restaurant-style experience for residents and guests, taking orders and serving beverages with warmth and precision.

As an essential member of the dining room, you will help set tables, assist with events, and ensure safety and cleanliness. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to work with a compassionate team dedicated to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Strong organization and time management skills are required.
• Fluent English communication is essential, both oral and written.
• Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Serve residents and guests beverages and take accurate meal orders.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and assist with dining events.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment; assist with menu planning input.
• Collaborate with Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction and dining quality.
