LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a part-time Server at The Residence at South Windsor Farms. The role focuses on delivering excellent dining service in a senior living community, collaborating with the Culinary Services Director to ensure resident satisfaction and a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving beverages, and supporting dining enhancements while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to promote a dining atmosphere.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables per LCB standards and serve beverages to residents and guests.
• Review daily menu with residents and take accurate meal orders.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining programs and special events.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and assist with lunch/dinner service.
