Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring Servers at The Residence at Freeman Lake. Provide courteous dining service to residents in a restaurant-style setting, support the Culinary Services team, and help maintain an inviting dining environment.

This position requires strong English communication, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work as part of a cohesive team. Training is provided; LCB is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation essential.
• Strong organization and time management.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages and take meals.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and hygiene, including sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs and events.
• Communicate resident preferences to food service director and dining room staff.
• Create teamwork and support among all staff.
