Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción (IBA) in Boston seeks an Arts Program Director to develop and oversee its dynamic arts initiatives within Villa Victoria and La CASA, managing a year‑long calendar and flagship events such as Festival Betances and the Tito Puente Latin Music Series. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years proven experience in planning, managing and implementing arts programs, staff management, fundraising, budget development/financial management and strategic planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; work autonomously or in a team.
• Experience with program evaluation, data collection and analysis.
• High degree of computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets and database software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the Arts program business plan and year-long programming.
• Fosters partnerships with colleges, organizations, and artists to produce high-quality arts programming.
• Maintains data collection, tracking, and reporting on artists, clients, audience participation, referrals, and outcomes; prepares management reports.
• Develops, implements, and oversees strategies to increase revenue through ticket sales and sponsorship; collaborates on budgeting with CPO/CEO/CFO.
• Oversees the arts team and represents the organization at external meetings; supports annual events and community activities.
