Job summary

POSITION SPECIFICS

Penn State Hazleton is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Arts and Humanities. These courses are classified as GA and GH general education courses in the University Bulletin. A wide variety of courses may be offered, depending on the disciplinary strength of applicants.

Course will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in the relevant discipline (or closely related field) is required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the college level

Teaching assignments may include day or evening times and various methods of course delivery. Most teaching assignments will be in-person, with occasional opportunities for hybrid or online teaching.
