Job Description & Position Requirements

Penn State Scranton has an ongoing need for highly qualified part-time faculty to staff a variety of courses in Arts and Humanities; namely, art, art history, foreign languages, history, philosophy, religious studies, theater, and women's studies. The ideal candidates should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an earned Master's degree.
  • Preference given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
  • Applicants must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, contact information for three professional references, and a list of courses taught at the college level, all online through the career site.
