Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and creating a fun, engaging environment for children to learn and grow? The Hurley Family Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA is looking for dynamic Enrichment Instructors to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As an Enrichment Instructor, you’ll lead exciting programs for preschool and school-age children, fostering creativity and development in a positive and supportive setting.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach enriching classes aligned with YMCA values.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming space for all participants.
• Maintain and organize equipment, reporting issues as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance and progress.
• Support our Reach Out For Youth Campaign to strengthen our community.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Experience working with youth, preferred
• First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection certification within the first 30 days
