Job summary

Mark Arts is seeking an Education Manager to lead the School of Creativity, develop and promote educational programs, and support enrollment and administrative operations. The role oversees instructors, budgets, and partnerships, ensuring high-quality experiences for youth and adults.

The Education Manager will coordinate with Marketing, plan events, and drive community engagement while maintaining schedules, rosters, and documentation for all courses and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of management experience in arts education programs preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Non-profits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops class and workshop schedules for the School of Creativity.
• Oversees instructors and culinary contractors and maintains studios.
• Manages education budget, scholarships, and purchasing for supplies.
• Coordinates with Marketing to promote courses and events.
