Job summary

Mark Arts seeks an Education Manager to develop, administer, and promote educational courses for the community. This role oversees the School of Creativity's administrative functions, enrollment support, class rosters, contracts, and documentation for classes, workshops, and private events.

You will lead instructors, manage the department budget, facilities, and supplies, and collaborate with Marketing to promote a wide range of educational opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Fine Arts, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees educational programming across eight art studios and develops schedules.
  • Serves as primary contact for culinary independent contractors and coordinates workshops and private parties.
  • Manages instructor performance, student feedback, and program trends.
  • Develops and manages department budget, scholarships, and grants in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coordinates with Marketing to promote classes and events through website, social media, and mailers.
  • Plans annual events such as Open House and community art projects.
