Job summary

Mark Morris Dance Group in Brooklyn seeks a School Programs Manager to lead its education offerings at the Mark Morris Dance Center, overseeing 100+ weekly classes, camps, and events, and serving as the primary contact for School faculty.

Reporting to the Director of Education, you will recruit and onboard teaching artists, coordinate scheduling, support professional development, and evaluate programs to ensure an engaging, inclusive experience for students from newborns to 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating educational programs or faculty in a nonprofit/arts setting.

Responsibilities

• Staff recruitment and onboarding of teaching artists; maintain faculty records.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for School programming.
• Support professional development and train faculty; assist with program evaluation.
